The assignment has been designed to conduct a baseline study under 'Enhancing a daptive capacities of coastal communities, especially wome n, to cope with climate charge induced salinity' project as part of UNDP's decentralized evaluation process. The project baseline study will be undertaken prior to the implementation of large project interventions to serve as a starting point of reference for measuring progress, achievements and success of the project.
